Welcome to the Underage section of the University Hockey Club website.
As a successful club, we know the importance of having a successful junior development program. This season is set to be no different.
Led by our fantastic and tireless junior development coordinators - Nic Clifford (Boys) and Anna Bamford (Girls) and ably assisted by
our team of coaches that include current and former A-grade players, we hope to develop the next generation of University A-grade, Tasmanian and Australian players and make sure they have some fun along the way!

Season
Season starts Friday 8th April
Trainings
Trainings are on Tuesdays from 5-6pm at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre at Cornelian Bay (Bell Street, New Town). All trainings are on turf no. 1.
Matches
U11 boys – Saturday afternoons
U13 & U15 boys - Friday evenings
U18 boys - Monday evenings
Easter
No Junior hockey matches over Easter: 22 April to 2 May
Shirts
Playing shirts will be available directly from the Club
Subs
Invoices will be sent home with players a few weeks into the season
Cost approx $175 to $250
